• Protogen fursuits are more likely to break in the shipping process due to their nature of being built with solid materials, I reccomend fully insuring the package & shipping by air​

• ​Any special modifications to a product should be explained before the start of a commission. Protogen.Store or Tiko Wolf Protogens has the right to refuse any changes to the commission after starting on any piece.

• Down-Payments are not refundable after materials have been ordered.

• ​A clear 2-view reference sheet is needed for a commission. Anything shown on the reference sheet will be on the suit so be sure it is updated and correct.

• ​Minors need proof of permission from their parent or guardian for a commission.

​​

• ​Payment plans go by 30% down payment, 30% once the commission is started, and 40% once completed, but I am sometimes flexible.

 

• ​All items are a one size fits all. If there are any size requests please mention them before the first payment.

• ​If there is any issue with a product you received, contact me at any time and I will try to guide you through care and repair of a product​, otherwise product can be shipped back for repairs under some circumstances. Owner pays shipping & customs fees both ways.

• ​Any expected deadlines should be brought to my attention before the first payment is received.​

• ​​When an estimation of completion is given, it is not legally binding. I try to finish in time but the completion date is just an estimate. Items can be delayed for any reason.

• ​Receiving work from me means you will appear on my social media and website as examples of my work.

• ​If no payments have been received 2 months after the completion of the item I will change the markings on your items and resell them on my website and social media.

• ​If a product is lost in shipping I cannot give a refund.
